What the membership body can do with this
One quarterly evidence base for the whole membership — for the core funder's return, for the annual report, and for making the case that the sector's everyday work is worth funding. Owl Impact can be built into a funding bid as the monitoring and evaluation line — the evidence layer the funder already expects — so it's covered by the grant, not members' own budgets.
A membership report aggregates every member organisation's logged records for the period — each record dated, coded and rate-stamped at source. The three lenses are reported side by side and never combined into one total. Every rate is published with its source at owlimpact.wales/methodology.
